60-minute sessions with groups of 2-6 players of similar skill & maturity level.
Small-group sessions are highly recommended, as they are not only more engaging for the players, but they allow a more game-like training environment, whilst still allowing individual attention.

Skills Sessions
Groups of 2-8 players of any skill and maturity level.
These 60-minute sessions are mostly unopposed and aimed at helping the players develop their relationship with the ball.

Speed & Movement
Roughly 97% of the game is spent without the ball.
These 60-minute sessions will help players develop physical skills related to soccer, such as speed, change-of-direction, power, and movement coordination.
Available as individual sessions or up to 10 players.

Let D1 Soccer Training run and facilitate your clubs next training camp.
Training Camps last between 3-5 days.

Winter/Summer Training Programs
D1 Soccer Training will completely run and facilitate your clubs entire winter/summer training program.
We will plan and create an entire curriculum based on the needs and goals of the club, coach the training sessions, as well as create a supplemental guide for players, parents, and coaches.

The best way to get better at playing soccer is to play soccer.
Small-sided games have been shown to increase player development & enjoyment, as the players are more often involved with the play.
